Default Public land and BLM maps?

Anyone know where I could get some good maps of where and where not the public land is in Alaska? I know most of the state is public land, but i'd rather not go stomping where I shouldn't be, plus I think its only right to stay off of peoples land unless you have permission. So, any sources where I could obtain something like this? Thanks, Schmidty

Most of the private land is owned by native corporations. Here's the largest native corp land owner in the state.

    Default Public Lands Center

If you are in Fbks, Anchorage, Tok or Ketchikan, you can visit an Alaska Public Lands Information Center. They have all the necessary info. Otherwise, Alaska Department of Natural Resources and the BLM keep records of who owns what in AK.
Also, each Native Corp has a website and several of those have maps of the land they own.
    Good luck and happy hunting.

I would start looking here: http://www.dnr.state.ak.us/pic/
    Or here: http://ask.usgs.gov/

The USGS office next to APU in Anchorage has just about every map you would ever want of the state in just about every scale. Check it out!
