    I love the Fed's overreach. Basically, if they decide to manage a body of water that at some point meanders through a federal park, they can manage the entire body of water, not just the water within the Federal land. Yay for Constitutional protection of State's rights!

    I just got word that oral arguments in the Sturgeon case will be presented to Judge Holland on August 28th. Doubt he and the state will prevail, though I completely agree with their case.
