    Default engine analyzer

Installed new G1 insight and JPI 450 fuel flow on a IO520D cessna 185. First short flight showed everything working but #2 cylinder a low in bar readings. Second flight shows #2 cylinder 300 degrees lower on EGT and low CYL temp. Cylinder would not peak but didn't spend to much time with it expecting trouble with this cylinder. Number 2 cylinder had valve guide work done on it 25 hrs ago. Will be checking compression and injector tomorrow. Overall if a problem is discovered with the cylinder I would consider the purchase already paid for.

compression check a couple days ago. #64 a little low. Before getting 2 carried away with this switched probe #2 with #4. #2 cylinder still showing low EGT. Looks like bad probe.

Switched #2 and #4 probe around. Gauge showed #4 cylinder EGT 300 degrees low and would not peak. Next check would have been fuel flow, injector swapping and push rod length before pulling cylinder.

That makes better sense. Probes are the first thing to check, I'm told.
