    Default marine electronics

Does any one know any GOOD quick marine electronics installers in the Anchorage area, one that won't take two weeks doing a days job? I do want it done right and will pay for quality but it really chapps my rear when I take my boat some where and and told it will take a day and a week and a half latter I am begging for my boat back.

I don't know about the two weeks to do a single day work. What I have seen is when the technician looked at the install for the first time he finds problems that keep from doing the install or things that need to be fix before the install can be done.

I installed a Garmin GPSMAP 740S, tied into my radio, with a bracket I made to tie both gps unit brackets together in about 2 hours. And 2 beers.

Sounds like a good self help project
