Default 200 Optimax exhaust issues please help asap

I desperately need help solving an exhaust issue. I have an exhaust expansion chamber that is over heating. I have tried all sorts of options such as blowing air through the hoses, also water. I have checked the ports behind the impellar for clogs, none were found. I removed the expansion chamber and looked inside, no silt or blockage there. ANY IDEAS? The T-hoses that goes to each expansion tanks are producing very little water pressure, although i have found no blockage.

I would hook a hose up to the water flush fitting and turn on the water. Then start chasing flow. That flush fitting pressurizes the cooling system pretty much just like you had it in the water and running. Then you can see for a fact whatís getting water and what isnít.

But make sure the water pressure is not too high and the boat is completely level before flushing... (see previous posting named "No Power to Start the motor") good luck...

This an outboard or sport jet? Do you have a heater in the boat?
