    I am on my own,renting a boat from Chris Carr,fishing is fantastic this morning,little wet and windy but haveing lots of fun.i am using chris's wi/fi to get out.

    fishing starts to wind down around the 10th of july with some fish still up to the 25th

    Started off with 4 triple hook ups,dosen't get any better then this.F+G says 30,000 kings passed the sonar

    Last year was red hot. We fished with http://www.highadventureair.com/nush...king_camp.html and would do so again in a heartbeat. Their king camp runs from mid June to mid July.

    Taking a breather after the best day of fishing i have ever had!will fish again tonight before heading back home,ya there are a lot of camps with guided service but only if you can afford them.My wife and son and i rented a boat,tent for 150.00 a day per person, hot showers,vacuum packing,freezer space,cook stove with propane and a barb bque,i have been trying to get chris to say something on here but he says he gets hammered to much so i am saying Thank You to the Carr's in portage creek for the trip of a life time and the wonderful stories of living there yr round.will see them again next yr!
