Default 2013-14 hunting regs are out

3 bears on KGB had the new regs on the counter. I haven't seen them posted on f&g website yet.

Pics or it didn't happen. I saw the 2014 draw results too, but I can't show you...

Alot will depend on what the substance quota is. We may have am emergency closure on the general season if this summer keeps up like it is. Conditions are prime! Best I've ever seen.

Oh, by the way folks, that's AOD's very own akjeff and his lovely family gracing the cover of this year's regs.

Did you try ADF&G's office? I'd imagine that if they're out anywhere, the F&G office would have them out as well.

Lol haven't yet but when I have before, like last year they say vendors get them before they do? How much sense does that make? I will try them tomorrow.

Wow........down here on the Kenai they decided to open up registration Brown bear Sept 1, and run all the way through May 31. Originally it was going to be in Oct like last year. It's great to know that we will be able to tag a brownie if we happen to see one while moose hunting...!!!
Sheep hunting...... the pain goes away, but the stupidity remains...!!!

Gilyuks were shot out of Unit 13 by the time Russell Annabel was haunting the area. Poor federal management.

Was that the same time the Fed were shoveling out thousands of pounds of poison out of a DC3 to kill every predator in unit 13?

Yes, and before. Annabel came to Alaska in 1920, and his writing spanned 1928-1979. Federal predator poisoning was primarily during the 1950's.
