    Default Arrowtooth problem

I went out of Seward this weekend and caught a ton of arrowtooth. Anyone else having this problem.

We caught several in the Montague Straights this weekend... Weird.

I was surprised yesterday. We were fishing in 88' and got one. Previously I don't recall ever seeing one in much less than 300'.

Always plenty of arrowtooth out of Seward. Incidentally, they make great halibut bait!!

Wife caught about 60 of them off of the northern tip of Latouche a couple weekends ago.....we hit them everwhere. And huge pacific cod and lots of them. Give me a shout when you get some time. We hooked and released a very large wolf eel in PWS last Friday - he was so cool and majestic looking I released him instead of putting the knife to him (and they are really tasty).

I fished Seward Tuesday through Saturday and only caught 12 halibut 3 cod and more **** arrowtooth flounder than I could care to count. They were everywhere, but the further I went outside the bay the less I caught.

Man, and here I thought I had the secret spot for them... They are everywhere this year it seems. I also have heard they make good bait, but I just don't like them. Catch them all the time between 200' and 300'. But we caught butts in the middle of all them so they seem to mix okay with each other.
