Thread: Pray for Jordan

    Default Pray for Jordan

Please keep Jordan, our grandson, in your prayers. He had a four wheeler crash yesterday afternoon and broke both bones in his right forearm. He was in surgery having two steel plates put in his arm until 1:00am this morning. We are so thankful this was the extent of the injuries besides scrapes and bruises. He is saddened and understandably so, because he cannot play any contact sports for a year and if he does at the end the of the year, he will have to undergo surgery again to have the plates removed. He loves football and is on the Gulfport High school team as a wide receiver.
Please pray that his recovery will be a good one and that infection does not set in or any other complications. We would greatly appreciate your prayers on behalf of Jordan. Yours Truly, Mike and Nancy Price

hope the young buck heals well. Instead of contact sports, time for shooting 22's with ole gramps. Plenty of shooting to do, to pass that year of healing by.

Yes, in fact I was talking to him after recovery and told him we will have to do a lot of hunting and fishing together this year and he smiled but I know he will miss football. Thanks for the concern

Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. Jordan will be reading all the post you guys made since he is now home from the hospital. The surgery went well and no infections. One week and the stiches will come out then the splint will come off off in two weeks and then 6 weeks in a sling. He can not lift anything over five pounds for the next 9 weeks. His attitude is good. Thanks for the concern guys

Prayers sent for a speedy recovery. Positive attitude is everything, just know it a temporary inconvenience that will heal. Besides now he will have a cool scar to show the lady's ..... Lol

Jordan is home from the hospital. He is not suppose to pick up anything over 5 pounds for the next 9 weeks. His attitude seems to be pretty good but he will be in some pain for the next week or two. In the future I will post an up date after the 9 weeks is up. Once again, thank you, really appreciated by Jordan, his mother Michele, his grandmother Nancy and I. yours truly Mike Price
