Default How is the Little Su looking?

Any one live on or drive past the Little Su (Parks Hwy Bridge area) every day have any reports on how its looking? I drove by a week or two ago and noticed it was starting to open up but still had a lot of ice on the edges, just had me wondering if its open yet. Me and a buddy were thinking about maybe doing a quick float from the Parks to Millers Reach once its ice free. I know its not that far but we are both getting an itch to get out and get the canoe wet lol.

Also for fishing, Am I reading this correctly? You can legally fish for Rainbow/Steelhead trout between the times of 6am and 11pm Catch and Release only (NO RETENTION) between April 14-June 14 using only un-baited artificial lures? Wouldn't mind attempting a little C&R Trout fishing if possible too.

Ok, Might have to take a drive over to Houston and check it out then. Does the Little Su get Ice dams/Jams like the Big Su or is it pretty much ice free once its free by the bridge?
