Default Big Lake snow & ice

How are the conditions in and around the Big Lake area? Wanting to hit the cabin and not sure what to expect on the lake except overflow!

I live right off of north shore. Tuesday there was still about 2 foot of snow. Was on the lake last week and there was alotta snow still and about 40" of ice. However, with the warmer temps I'd wager it's getting nasty out there.

I am a couple miles away from there...BUT...watched some ice fisherman last weekend...looked like about 2-3 feet until they struck water...They drove their truck out on the lake but seemed to be reluctant to turn around, ended up backing back out...All the snowmachine tracks are getting wet and our dock has water around the edge with the ice retreating pretty fast...
