Beautiful pictures. Glad you all had a great Spring trip. I almost like the spring time trips better than summer. Except for the fishing of course.

    Dman,

    A couple of questions.

Is that a Tolman Widebody or Jumbo that you rafted up with?

Where was the picture taken of the 3 kids, near the entrance to Harrison Lagoon?

    Just curious.

Its a 24 Jumbo, nice rig!

The pic of the kids was in Poe Bay in Passage, just swung in on the way back to pop the last of the shrimp heads and eat lunch before hitting the dock. Surprisingly it was a little gusty in there.

    DMan,

This is the picture I was curious of the location.

Yes that is a nice Tolman Jumbo. Your rig sort of dwarfs it though .

    Thanks for posting the picures.

Thanks for the pics...got me itching, too. Beautiful, but it still looks a bit chilly for a boat w/o a heater (like mine).

MRFISH, I tell ya, during the day it's been very warm. No heater needed. But after the sun goes down it's a different story. Get out there and enjoy PWS. It's great.

    Derrick,

It was good to see you out there, and thanks for stopping by to help out on the boat repair project (not mine, fortunately!) It was a nice weekend, but a bit cool still. The warmer weather is encouraging.

I'll just add to Dman's thread with one of my shots from the beautiful weekend.

This was a shot from my host's house in Cordova. He is having a Seawolf built very similar to mine, so I ran across so he could drive mine to see what he thought. He brought us up to his home for a tanner crab and spot prawn dinner, and this was the view from his living room. I can't believe that it has taken me this long to make it to Cordova. It was a neat trip to start the season.

I like Cordova and have been wanting to make that run in my boat. Might have to do it this summer!
