    Default Finding fun value?

I have a actual pre '64 Winchester 300 h&h that I'd like to find a value in. How do I go about doing this?

Value as in Money? Or in using it for fun? Find out how much money it's worth before you use it. Have you used it before?

I think the "fun value" would be in shooting the thing. So if it were me, that's how I would go about finding value in it.

Well, I have a pre64 Win In 300H&H as well. I would put about an 8.5 fun value on it. As far as monetary value, it's worth what someone will pay for it and folks are paying fairly well for pre 64s in good condition and one in 300H&H should be on the upper end price wise. Checking places like Gun Broker for an actual sold price for one like yours is probably the best way to find out. I wouldn't sell mine for whatever it's worth cause I would rather have it than the money. I have plenty of rifles but that one is my hunting rifle.
