Default Rainbows in late June - Kenai Peninsula

We will be on the Kenai Peninsula in late June for Sockeyes. Where can we get into some good Rainbow fishing?

About 10 to 20 feet downstream from the sockeyes.

    Kenai, Russian, etc.

Any opinions on Rainbow fishing above the Russian Falls compared to the rest of the river?

I didn't know there IS anything above the falls...

Seriously though i've never made it halfway to the falls, too many fish to catch before I get there.

Many years ago(70's) the rainbows would come to the exit of the lake where it starts getting shallow but before the cabin in the evening.
When seconds count, the cops are just minutes away.

The trout will be where the reds are, if they have made it into the river below the falls there will be trout below the falls.
