Conditions change pretty fast there as you probably know. Best bet is to check the Cliffside marina webcams. The parking lot cam should give you an idea of what to expect:

Hopefully some people who have been down there will keep us updated too. Or you can call the harbor office before you start the drive.

I was out on the water past weekend and ramp still had some ice towards the top. I had to cain up my truck to retrieve the boat. Ramp should be clean by this weekend if current warm temperature holds till the weekend.

The view from the parking lot cam looks nice, thanks for the link.

Hope the weather holds, plan is to make the 530 tunnel Friday night. Just a few things left to do on the boat; it should be ship-shape and Bristol fashion by then.

Breausaw, what ya planning on doing out there? just a test tun? I want to head out bad and check out the boat after doing al the work on it, but just hate to spend the cash for a joy ride.

I was out there about a week and a half ago and there was ice on the ramp but it was thin and soft. We had no problems. I suspect with all the warm temps etc its most likely all but gone.

We plan on doing a little beach combing Saturday then shoot out to the center of sound to wet some hooks, perhaps north Knight or around Naked. Would be nice to catch something for dinner. It's all going to be good just being out there.
