Default What's your favorite way to eat smoked salmon...???

Just got home from work. I'm sitting here with a cold Pacifico, and spreading some whipped Philadelphia cream cheese on some club crackers, and dropping chunks of smoked sockeye on top.

Although I like smoked salmon many different ways, this just has to be one of life's simple pleasures for me....!!!

Bellies, smoked and canned with jalapenos.
Eaten on top of a cracker or straight from the smoker.

Love it by itself, but it's really good in pan-fried thai noodles!

Cold Smoked Red bellies fresh out of the smoker is my favorite - hard to go wrong with good smoked salmon.

First batch in my new smoker last week:

That is a moose hunting staple every year for us - we add a drop of hot sauce and a little chopped green onion - It doesn't get much better!

On a ritz with habanero apple jelly and a bit of cream cheese, so good. Smokey and spicy.

If a dipnetter dips a fish and there is no one around to see/hear it, Did he really dip?

If its just me and the smoked filet, Strait up with a cold dark beer chased with an ocassional ritz cracker. If I got to feed several, cut it with same amount of cream cheese, a finely minced fresh jalapeno with no seeds, a tablespoon of bread and butter pickle relish and a table spoon of sweet chilli's Sauce.
