    Default Redfish kayak

    Thought someone might enjoy this.
It is a redfish spring run made by my sister under the guidance of joe greenly of redfish kayaks.
She did not quite finish it out in port Townsend and I happened to be in Montana to help her with some epoxy fill coats and varnish prep.
Joes kayak designs are some kind of beautiful and I am so proud of sis and her nice work.
    What do you think?

Like yourself, your sister is a mighty fine woodworker. Very pretty boat, great looking lines

This her second kayak, the first is a traditional skin on frame.
I think she has caught the bug.
The pic does not do justice to the great design.
    thanks

Beautiful looking yak, I can fully appreciate the time and talent that went into making it.

You just have to remember it is boat and not a violin and it can be patched.

The feeling of building and paddling a craft you built is hard to top ain't it?
