Default Valentine from my awesome wife

My wife picks the best presents. She got me a Okuma Cedros CSD12S reel for valentines this year, I have been eyeing these for awhile. While I prefer the lever drag model over the star drag, I am not complaining and I am sure it will work fine.

If you'd like me to "torture test" that for you I'd be more than happy to!

You got da blues! Fins makes a teal/blue line, too, but I've never seen it available anywhere other than direct from them: http://finsfishing.com/xs.aspx. It's their XS Braid which is Xtra Smooth, 8 strand, which is probably the same thing as the PowerPro Slick 8.

Another is Tuffline XP in the 65# class. I use it on my loaner Cedros Speedjig/Fin Nor OFC20.

I believe TUF-Line XP is only a "4 strand" braided line and PowerPro and Fins are both "8 strand" braids. I like the 8 strand better, but plenty of people use 4 strand braid without any problem.
