Call your local retailer and ask what the going price is.

That is always true for winter shows.

Nearest retailer is 88 miles away, nothing local.

On the run I will NOT need several different types of ammo. It was all I could do to pack two 5 gal. propane tanks up there.

Well, frankly, if I were to answer questions A, B, and C, I'd need to pick up the phone first and check retail prices. Just say'n.

Well a lot of people here went to the last gun show, and some are in the local Anchorage shops once a week. Not a huge deal if I can't come up with a price for ammo....I just won't take it. AR-15's are lighter, and it sounds like they are selling. When you get old a case of ammo weight is about 600 pounds.

And what would I learn.......Maybe, "We don't have any ammo, and don't know when we will have any ammo, or what it will cost with shipping". That would be helpful, if they will even answer the phone.

A- Local store still had .45 UMC ball at .50/round last week.
B- I would expect this to be about the same. Usually a bit less, but it has been selling better than .45 because more normal capacity (11+) handguns use it.
C- Don't know but no less than .50/rd, and you might call Northern Security. I don't know if they have any now, but they had a bunch of Blazer (and some AE I think) until recently. Ken might have listed some prices in his posts in the Gunsmithing subforum.

I look at Midway prices then add 33% to cost for on a Island pricing. For what you are selling it would fetch a buck per round here.
