Default What sites for used boats?

I regularly look at the normal suspects in my search for a boat

    Alaskaslist
    Cragislist
    Alaska Boat Brokers
    boattrader.com
    Yachtworld.com
    iboats.com

Others online sites that are good?

I'm looking for a 26-30 footer, diesel powered perferred, outboard yes but definitly not a gas inboard. Sea Sport, Osprey are the main searches. Have been intrigued by the aluminum offerings, but I'm not quite there yet on the $$.

First boat was an old 1977 Bayliner Saratoga. Sold it and bought a 22 foot sea sport that had a sweet diesel engine. Loved the boat but I have 4 kids so sold it and need something bigger.

I'd say that Potbuilder would your best person to ask. Seems like he knows where all the good boats are for sale.

Dock St Brokers, GSIboat.com, Alaska boats & permits & Copper River boats & permits might be some other sites to look at. Stick some wanted ads on craigs list on the west coast and i bet you'll find a ton of boats. That auction site i posted back east has a lot of sandy damaged boats on auction, if i was looking i'd be on a plane going back there.

25' w/a 240 Steyr diesel w/bravo duoprop outdrive and trailer. Asking 45K. Kinda open design but a pail of resin and some core material could fix it fast. I'd be looking at this one if i didn't have the boat i have now.

aluminumalloyboats.com, bloodydecks.com, thehulltruth.com, cap sante marine out of anacortes, banana belt boats, bellingham yacht sales, pacific boat brokers.
i scored a 25' parker i saw on the hull truth last year, boat was in florida had some friends to look at it for me. will make a great boat for day trips & occasional overnighters without breaking the bank, plain jane simple boat....another option would be to spend a couple days walking the docks from olympia to bellingham lots of boats for sale you wont find on the internet, a three day weekend & you could get alot of ideas, plus theres some airfar deals out right know. good luck!!
