    Default Kodiak stuff

While doing some work research, my googling popped up a Kodiak Naval Base archive. Many of the historic military bases from WWII have former military guys building archive websites to document their photo history. When researching my agency history I come across them and have book marked a few.

Oh yeah, before you yell at me, here is why its in the hunting forum.

This image is part of this collection by Rubert Von Fox.

I am liking the 1895 winchester. I found the remains of one on one of my projects in 405 WCF. Just a rusted piece of iron for the shelf.

Default Here's a Pertinent one for the 2A thread maybe

1944 Yes, I'm ready to go bear hunting. From what I heard they are BIG so I checked out a Thompson submachine gun. The only thing it did for me was warm my hands on a cold day.

I like this one too, what a link AK Ray, thanks

This might be a good one for the current "Definition of Pertinent Firearms," for Kodiak folks anyway ??

Looks like it Certainly fits the, "Hunting" Forum requirements
Ten Hours in that little raft off the AK peninsula, blowin' NW 60, in November.... "the Power of Life and Death is in the Tongue," and Yes, God is Good !
