Default anyone using a propex HeatSource

I'm looking at one of these for my boat http://www.suremarineservice.com/sea...px?find=propex

Is anyone using these, has installed one? Pros? Cons?

It looks like a good system and not bad price.

I have not used one, but one con that I can see is that the fuel source is propane. That would give off moisture, especially in an inclosed space. If you have an enclosed cabin, condensation would build up on the inside.

If I didn't already have an airtronic d4 installed I would consider this. It is a vented heater and moisture will not be a problem. Looks like its easy on the battery and propane. For the money looks like a great option. Of course it's propane and one needs to properly install fuel lines ect in consideration of the dangers of propane on a boat.

Thanks for the info. It looks a bit more affordable then diesel heaters and with one of the composite LPG tanks a lot less messier and easier then diesel.
