Which will appreciate the most in the next six months.......Complete Uppers or complete Lowers......??? Or Stripped Lowers or Stripped Uppers.

I don't know that anything will appreciate if purchased today. If you could go back in time a year then BCGs would be tops on my list. If you could go back 2 months then stripped lowers would be tops. If you could go back 3 weeks then probably 30 rd magazines. I wouldn't buy for investment at the moment as it is really gambling since we don't know what will happen with the new bills about to be dropped on us. You may well have an ATF swat team at your door demanding you turn them all over in 6 months! *(though I doubt it)

I have extra AR-15's And I am wondering if it would be better to sell lowers or uppers.

Since currently AR-15 lowers are the units which contain the serial numbers, I'ld consider these units the better choice to retain for an investment. In the future it may require that both upper and lower be numbered alike just like many fine firearms of days gone by.

Agreed, if I recall correctly last time there was an AWB (not assuming there will be another). Uppers were not the banned item, thus at the time, as long as you had a pre ban lower you could still buy uppers. Thus, assuming there were to be another AWB and it were to be similar to the Clinton era ban I would recommend hanging onto the lowers because they were what really became valuable.

I am selling both now have been offered twice what I paid for them. If the ban goes thru as written I don't think I want to own AR's if there is nothing done then prices will fall back where they where. I don't really see any investment value in them. The bill is on the NRA's website.

    Very smart, a win win.
