    Question Attach a link??

Is there a way that I can attach an Excell Spreadsheet to a thread? I would like to post the order form for the Impertech Raingear.

    Thanks, Josh

    Default hmmm

From what I see, I may be able to attach a Word Document or a PDF...I will try to incorporate the Excell spreadsheet into a Word file.

Red face Made progress, but hit another roadblock!

Well, I managed to get an active Excell Spreadsheet into a Word Document. BUT, the file was too large and it exceeded the limit on this forum. How about PDF? Will it be smaller if I go that route?

Man, this is driving me nutz...This shouldn't be this difficult for a computer teacher!

I bumped the limit on .doc files up from 20 kb to 50 kb. Try the .doc file again...

Thumbs up I got it, now can anyone else get it??

Thanks David - I compressed the file using WinZip and it looks like it worked.

I can open it, but I have winzip downloaded on my computer. I am wondering if you other members can open the file I have attached? I would appreciate it if someone could try to open it. You must double click on the cells in the Word format to activate the Excell spreadsheet...if that makes sense.

PS: If you folks are interested, winzip is a great program for compressing files. It can be downloaded for free at http://www.download.com/WinZip/3000-...ml?tag=lst-0-2 It is a secure website. Takes up only a little room, easy to operate and you can send files in literally just a few seconds!

It worked for me. I doubled clicked and could use the Excel spreadsheet built in. Nice work on the spreadsheet...

    Thumbs up Great!!

    Thanks David!

I am trying to make this process as easy and organized as possible. I am a bit anal about my organization and very particular about my serious efforts. Hopefully this will work out for everyone involved!
