    Default '01 RMK cover

Torn another one... seems like every year I'm replacing that thing. Anyone have a good source for snowmachine covers? Preferably durable ones? I may just have to make my own with blue tarp and duct tape... at least it'll be cheap.

Since I got my M8, the 01 800 RMK lives at our cabin. A bear munched the cover (and windscreen) last summer and so I recently replaced mine. Costco here in Anchorage is selling a generic one that fits the RMK. Not sure how it is for trailering though. Comes with about a hundred straps and clips so I think you can get it on good and tight. Just not sure how long that might take.

Go to amazon on the internet. I got mine for $70 shipped to here in Wasilla. Like NRRick said, it has a million straps to hold it on. Better than paying $200 at Team CC. I have a 2008 Ski Doo Summit 800 154. It covers everything but the skis.

What is causing the cover to fall apart? Do you leave it out in the sun in the summer?

If you have put a "riser" on the bars you will kill the Polaris cover. My 2000 has its original cover and is still perfect. My buddy put a riser on and cover didn't last s season

Do you have a link to the cover you're talking about - I have a summit 144 and renegade 136 that both need covers.
