Big shout out to Hunt_AK for building my new AR10. Noveske barrel, mega arms upper and lower, Troy guard and magpul adjustable stock. Topped it with a Leupy vx-2 6-18. She's definitley no mountain gun, but its ready to reach out and touch some predators! Hoping to get her to the range this weekend.

Don't forget to give us a range report. What does it weigh? I have the Remington R-25 in .308, so far so good.

You are right in that ' it is not a mountain gun', but they sure shoot nice. Have you decided what bullet you are going to use yet? So far I have been happy with the Sierria 165's in my BAR10.

Well I've been hoping to get this thing out to the range. But apparently I'm the only guy in town who didn't go out and buy all the .308 ammo they could find, following the recent tragic events.

Heading down to America over the next two weeks, hoping to find some there.
