    Default Pigot Bay access?

Trying to get out to the Pigot Bay Forest Service Cabin in Prince William Sound Dec 27-30 to ski, but all of the water taxi services based out of Whittier are closed for the season. Thoughts on alternative access?

Might hook a floatplane or supercub ride from Anchorage. It's been a long time since I've been there but a guy might be able to get dropped on the beach at low tide. If I recall, everything else is pretty much vertical from there.

I see that this comment comes too late, and I hope you made it out. In the future, try hopping on the Power Boating Forum. Bunch of nice guys out there, many of whom get out even in the winter. Wouldn't surprise me if you didn't find someone willing to drop you/pick you back up, particularly if you're generous.

Much too late but.... Lazy Otter charters in Whittier do these charters on demand.
