    At this point—cautious.

Is there any way that you could amend your poll to include "undecided"?

Given only "yes" and "no," I simply can't vote.

Sorry...I'm fairly new here and don't know how to add another option, barely got the poll posting thing figured out. I would have liked the end date of the poll to be a little earlier than I have it, but don't see a way to change that either...So I guess it is either YES or NO...NO to Pebble Mine if you want a chance at a guaranteed salmon run for many future generations to come...YES to Pebble Mine if you want Pebble Mine to go for the gold & copper...and take a risk of losing the biggest salmon run in the world...( and yeah they may provide a few jobs for the time being, but it won't last that long ).... "Bristol Bay Salmon Refuge" sounds like a good idea to me.

3 yes and 13 nayes to this point. I'm with Marcus on this one. I cant vote at this time. I'm leaning -No- but am not so close minded that I would rule out going for it. Let the process play out and we have a better understanding of the 'plan'. As with many others, the earthen dam is troublesome. I am however in the pro developement camp.

I'm pro anything that alotts Alaskan jobs.Reminds me of why we can't drill in ANWAR.The animals couldn't dare stare at a dreaded pipeline!!!Sure no one would see it exept me and other hunters that spend hard earned money in our economy. In today's age I'm sure they watch over every aspect to make sure everything is up to code.Sigh...let's keep letting the out of staters run our economy.Sure happens alot!

Salmon runs are failing to show across the state and I'm sure it's not because of said mines. There is a bigger problem than that out there.I blame the russkies!!

Well, with that caveat, I got $200, you got any cute sisters?

Yes, preserve those salmon in a refuge. Let's call it Seattle's commercial fishing Hole. Or maybe "only $5000 a week fishing lodge refuge"

I do have a couple cute sisters and you ever reference them like that to my face I wouldn't take it like I would reading it on this screen.

Ya I'm serious sorry I voiced my opinion sure is a touchy subject. I have quite a few very good friends that work for mines and no one I know works in the fishing industry so I'm with expanding jobs for folks in that field.

I'm a YES! vote, for the same reason as Kotton. Environmentalism and touchy-feelyness don't pay the bills; jobs do.

If not a Moderator, how about a Webmaster? Hint to Michael Strahan.

Hmmm, I'm not guaranteeing anything...nothing is ever guaranteed, read the word CHANCE. This was a stupid poll that should have never been started.
