Default Wolverine today and Bob's first Lynx! Pic's.

Ran the line today to find a beautiful wolverine in the trap! He is a really old one. Most of his teeth are gone and his tail is half gone. I really like those older animals, so going to get a body mount on him and hang him in the lodge. Last week, my son, Bob, got his first lynx! Huge cat. Nothing else on the line yet, but starting the season with those two makes it all worthwhile!

Claude- It'd be neat to see a better pick of the wolvy. I also enjoy the older critters with character!

Congratulations on your and bob's success!

Fun to see those kids w/ a smile on their face. That photo of Bob reminds me of the one of Labman w/ his first lynx. Glad to see you 2 are getting to spend good time together.

Default Catch area and bib picture

Attached is the catch tree. When I made this set, this was a very brushy spot. Intersting thing is that there was no diamond to speak of. But the bib is really nice on him, so I'll have him mounted with his nose in the air or something. I don't have any more better pictures, and he's already packaged and ready for shipment to the taxidermist. I'm having a tough time with the sizing of the pictures, so one is fairly small.

Is this on the same line we helped you break back in last year or is this a new one?

Very cool sir, always interesting to see critters we are not blessed with down here! Well done! Was this a leg trap? Size? Covered only with snow?

Looks like there is a lot less of that sugar snow this season... Lord knows there was way, way more than enough last year!!!!
