Default Game served at the holiday table

So, what Alaska game did you serve at Thanksgiving and how did you prepare it?

I used Moose Italian Sausage in the turkey stuffing and served smoked Copper River Red Salmon.

I brought smoked salmon bellies last year to a friends house with a mixed response. People either loved them or hated them.

I served some deer summer sausage I made. IMO much better than the stuff you get at the store.

Venison BBQ Meatballs for an appetizer…sister-in-law (venison) hater loved ‘em. Made home-made Amaretto for after dinner drinks.
