    Nick and I dropped some goat hunters off and anchored in a semi sheltered cove, we noticed some duck landing over a spit of landed. We hiked up a hill to see where they were sitting, 25 minutes later a limit plus one!

    Me as well,great looking birds. Would make some beautiful mounts for sure.

    I was drooling over the full color pintails and GWTs I saw down there. Just wish I would have packed the steel shot. Maybe next year

    We are in Old Harbor 40 air miles south of Kodiak city, no roads. we have openings.
