    Default paxson lake

Was planning on fishing Paxson lake next weekend to try and get some lakers or burbot. The lake is so big I don't have any idea where to fish. Deep or shallow? north or south end? I've fished this lake several times in the summer and got skunked every time.would appreciate any info, thanks.

Fish the points on the north end of the lake. Don't be afraid to make a bunch of holes. Start jigging near the bottom and work your way up through the water column. Krocodile spoons with a small piece of herring is what we always used, but there are folks on here with much more experience.
