    If were talking rifle weight I actually like the Kimber rifles in a 338. The large bore does wonders for reducing barrel weight. I center punched a deer yesterday with my .416 Ruger. No bone damage ect....It was a good "catch".

    Yes yes I saw some pictures floating around. Nice catch.

    I'm a little guy, 416 has too much recoil.

    Nothing yet with the 338 fed, but did with it's bigger brother(358 win/275 grain woodleigh):
