November 10th: Stream Crossing Workshop MatSu College, Snodgrass Hall, 9:30am - 4pm Workshop to exchange informationand gain knowledge concerning: motorized trail stream crossings and habitatprotection; low water crossing designs;mapping favorite trails; ATV safety;crossing permits; salmon rearing areas; restoration examples; Swift Water Creektrail project. This is a FREE workshop, on your own lunch is available at theCollege cafeteria. Motorized users need to be involved with this!!!

November 14th: Fairbanks AC meeting, and elections, at Alpine Lodge in the Glacier room,at 6;30 PM. this meeting has been moved ahead one month to give the new members time and opportunity to become familiar with the ANTLERLESS moose hunts, and data. prior to the Reauthorization vote scheduled for the January Meeting, and BOG deadline of January 25th.

November 19th: The Mat SuBorough Animal Control Board will be meeting at the Animal Control Building on49th Street (off Palmer Wasilla Hwy) 5pm-7pm to discuss Title 24/trapping onthe trails in the Mat Su Borough. There is a push to eliminate or push trappingoff the trails. Trappers are the original trail builders, support for trappingis needed.

November 20th:The Mat SuBorough Assembly will be taking public comment on the Hatcher Pass Plan, we areasking the public to support a corridor for snowmobile use in the currentlyCLOSED tosnowmobile portion of Hatcher Pass. 6 PM at the Sherrod School DistrictBuilding located on N Gulkana Street (this road is the last road coming out ofPalmer on the Old Glenn Hwy) Motorized support is needed at this meeting.

November 26th: The Mat Su Parks,Recreation and Trails Advisory Board (PRTAB) will be discussing the 471 acreJim Creek Motorized Parcel on Sullivan Road. The meeting will be at the PublicSafety Building located on the corner of Seward Meridian and Palmer Wasilla Hwyat 5pm. Non-motorized crowds have objected to this plan, we need yourattendance and support.
November 13th:The Anchorage Fish & Game Advisory Committee will meet at the William JackHernandez Sport Fish Hatchery building located at 941 N Reeve Blvd. at 6:30 pmin order to begin preparing comments on Board of Fisheries and Board of Gameproposals, discuss proposals to submit for the Joint Board look, at theirupcoming meeting schedule, and hear a report regarding the ongoing moose studyon the Kenai Peninsula. November 14thThe Mat Valley Fish & Game Advisory Committee will meet at 7 pm at the MTAbuilding in Palmer in order to begin review and preparing comments on the BOFstatewide proposals, and discuss Joint Board proposals to submit. November 27th The Susitna Valley Fish & Game Advisory Committee willhold an election meeting at 6:30 pm. Also on the agenda will bediscussion to submit a Joint Board proposal to modify the current designatedseats assigned to the committee, and prepare comments on Central Region Boardof Game proposals.
