    Default West cook inlet Saturday.

Hunted Saturday at my shack. Most of the water was frozen, except one pond and all the sloughs. So I set up on the only open pond. Ended up with seven big mallards. One drake full plumage with 3 curls and will mount my first duck. Large groups of birds, not frequent, but they were around. Winterized the cabin Sunday morning and flew back. Here's some pictures.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1350873903.174986.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1350873936.463589.jpg

I've been over there late as November before. Too cold this this year for that obviously.
