    Default Winterizing 9.9 kicker ?

Got the big boat all winterized last week need to do the Kicker 9.9 Yamaha it's in my shop right now.
What needs to be done to the kicker besides changing oil, fogging engine,Lower unit grease ? Do you have to run antifreeze through the muffs or are the kickers self draining? It did not see any how to in the manual

    Thanks
    Roger

Stabil in your gas might be a good addition to your plan. That motor is similar to mine, which drains itself of water so no need for antifreeze.

Your outboard is self draining. You don't need any antifreeze, flush with freshwater on the adapter and run stabilized fuel into it. I would suggest running it out of fuel. Other than that, you'll be fine.

drain the fuel out of the carb bowl. There is a screw plug at the bottom. Form a cup with tinfoil to catch it as it drains out.
I also fog my cylinders on the T8

Yes, drain the carb. It is an 8mm and a little hard to get to, but not too bad. If you don't, you may end of with some residue in there that can cause problems in the spring.
