My wife noticed the Glenn offers a Pastrami product if you bring in a large roast, which I have from last years moose, approx 20lbs.
Turns out Glenn sends it to Indian Valley meats to be done.
My questions is, have any of you had the Pastrami made at Indian Valley?
If so, how does it come back, ie....large 20 lb corned chunk or do they cut it in slabs and make it that way?
Has anyone tried this product from Indian?
