    Default Finally found another grizz....

Well grizz have been slim this year, lack of berries and salmon have them movin' different than in the past.
A client from new zealand was able to connect on this nice little grizzly on his second day after seeing it the first afternoon. the bear was high living off ground squirrels and crow berries, maybe an inch of fat on her backside and that was it! had some dicey weather, but whats new this year. saw some nice caribou, wolverine, moose and black bears in our couple days. we buggered out after we killed the bear, to prevent weather from moving in on us, i think that was the only part of the hunt that bummed the guys out was having to leave so quick...bitter sweet i suppose.
just love the sky on fire mornings on the tunrda.....

    Lookin good, Jake.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

    Sweet!

Looks like a heck of a gorge in the background of the first pic.

Is that what you'd call a Toklat grizz? It's a pretty one for sure.
