    Default Iliamna Lake (pike)

Has anyone here ever done any pike fishing on Iliamna Lake? If so, did you do well? Also, looking at Google Earth, there's quite a few islands on the east side of the lake. They look like good spots to try, but they also look like good camping spots. I'd much rather camp on an island than the shore to try and avoid bear issues. Is there any way to easily tell if these islands are private property? And, roughly, how much would a plane ride cost to and from the lake from the Kenai area? I haven't called around, but I'm just looking for a round-about ballpark figure.
