I'm going to guess over 60 - based on the width of the left palm - looks like a good one.

No idea how big he is, but the brow tines on his left side interest me lots.... float a little further, confirm there's enough and let the work begin..

Big enough. I see 4 brow tines on that left side.

    Default How Big??

I see 4 tines. Who cares to guess on the width at that point? I'd measure once he was down I guess but no sense in me guessing with that angle.

I'm in the 54-56" camp. See lots of brow tines and easy accessibility from your vessel.

Exactly - he's big enough to eat was my first impression. It does look like he's got 4 brow tines, which in the area I hunt would be good enough for me. If I had to shoot him on width alone, I'd probably pass. I'd guess low 50s - maybe 52"? - but not big enough at that angle to give me the confidence to pull the trigger without brow tine confirmation.

He was in an any bull area and it was an open season. He is bigger than I thought, but just did not have that "WOW" factor!!! I must be getting old, let some quality animals walk this season.

If I were on an extended hunt with time to burn and no "need" to fill the freezer, I may have let that one pass. If I saw one like that this season (or anytime in the next 16 years with two hungry sons in the house), I wouldn't have hesitated to take him.

YouTube gives me all I need...a head-on freeze-frame. Assuming the standard 8" between the horns, he's about 49.99"

Seeing the straight on view from the video changes my vote to right at 50. He looked a little wider with the other angle. If it was a 50" requirement I wouldn't shoot. 4 Brow he's down. I passed on a bull just like that this year that was a 2 brow on both sides. Big brows but to close to 50" to shoot. Settled for a forky!

Since we don't see your smilin face or a monster gut pile, I guess we'll never know exactly how big he really was. Good video.
