    was banging away on the Dozer the other day, with two friends of mine trying to repair the radiator.... when one buddy looked up and said...

    hey vince is that a moose up there...

    I think that falls under the category of "Favor"

    come on now, tell us of a loose scope, and a few missed shots or something

    y'kno, make a story for all those Moose Steak dinner table conversations with friends,
    that huge rack poised over the garage door

    usually when I am banging away on a piece of equipment there is enough swearing and yelling that any moose for miles runs the other direction.

    to set the record straight.... its a JOHN DEERE 450.... i believe they make a better rattlie sound in the brush

    ah well i truth it was Somin like that any way... nearly a mile up the mtn through the brush, got there with a knife, no saws, no bags, and dark.. got two quarters off the hill at 1 am... and finished up the next morning/afternoon... Rack went home with my buddies... i got 1/2 a moose

    Congrats on the easy moose with a nice rack. Its too bad you folks up there have been plagued with those idiotic windmills.
    I can't wait for the AK weather to beat them up.
