    Got in today from an unsuccessfull grizzly hunt and took these pics of unit 13 bou....

    these are all different caribou if i recall....
    racks can be eaten if they are still in velvet, i bet you could find a recipe....

    I guess you could also grind them antlers up and snort em' too, if you are so inclined...if 'you' find any recipes for fresh antlers I'd be interested...

    I apologize...I googled too for velvet antler recipes. Among other benefits, velvet is supposedly good for renewing lost energy...so if you are running low on energy from packing out your caribou, just strip off a chunk of velvet and start chewing!

    right at 50 or 52 was my guess, i didn't get the spotter to check tines though, he's got the long one on his left that gives him some extra.
    all these bulls were in the same place, we saw about 40 really good bulls over the week, wishing i had some of you out there with me laying down gut piles, mighta helped the grizz hunting for me.
    headed out on the 5th again.....anyone wants to go?.....lol
