In Maine, the one on the right is a Monday moose and the one on the left is a Wednesday moose. You don't want to see a Friday moose. Lol!

Not legal by the browtine rule (that 4th bump on it's right side is not longer than it is wide), but would be close to 50" and may be legal that way. I would be leary of shooting it myself, but I want to be VERY certain before making a shot. Many have had more time judging sizes and are better than me at it. I like the reassurance of the brow tines to confirm.

So did someone actually drop this bull, so we can all find out for sure what he measured out to be? Or are we just guessin'?

The one on the right is barely 50, maybe just a touch over. No way I'd shoot without brow tine count on that one.

Sorry to say just a guessing game. was hoping other people would post pics and we could guess on those too.

I like to hear other peoples opinions on harder calls about width, especially right before I go and ALWAYS see a too close to call bull.

Going with the 10" across the eyes "standard" then I agree with this. If he is 50+ he ain't + much! In unit 14 I would wait for the smaller bull to turn his head so I could verify that outside brow tine is actually connected to the brow palm and not a valley tine then my cousin and I would 1...2....3 boom/boom the pair of them!

No way on the left but always nice to see the upcoming talent the RIGHT one is to close and I say no way not 50 does not meet the 4 brow tine rule either. Let this one pass and next year get him or the next depending on your size requirment.

No-brainer 50+" on the right. Shoot, unless you want a big one.

Got a 58 1/2" that looks just like the one on the right three years ago.
