As obvious from the table, worker count went from 423 in 2003 with 31.2% non-resident to 665 and 58.5% non-resident workers in 2010. Worker wages went from $3,452,682 with 22.2% non-resident to $5,984,825 with 40.9% non-resident.
It is disturbing to me to see increasing trend in hiring non-residents, perhaps the cleanup of the J-1 program will result in some changes. The total resident jobs and salary numbers are pretty small for a population of around 400,000 but every job and salary is important.
