    Default Grayling make me happy

My wife and I are heading off to the sheep mountains soon and then we'll be back at work, so we've been trying to spend as much time in a tent with our boys as possible these past couple of weeks. We got back yesterday from a trip up to the east end of the Denali Highway and, as the pictures might attest, we had a great time. Man...I love grayling. They're such a great fish for kids, for laughs and smiles, for light tackle, and for simply burning a few hours in between rounds of making s'mores over a campfire. I've caught larger fish this summer, but none nearly so satisfying.

    Very nice.
I am hoping to get my family out fishing tonight. Hopefully we will have some luck as well.

Simply Beautiful. Thanks for sharing! In the years to come, your boys will talk about this with much fondness. Nearly 40 yrs ago we took our boys on a trip along the Denali Hwy, and now, when they are home and gathered around their Mother's kitchen table, the subject comes up pretty much with out fail. "Man, remember the time We caught all those Grayling up on the Denali?" Or another related topic, which is "Man, remember those Grayling we used to catch up in the Gulkana River?"
