    Default Flys for clear creek

Hi my group and I are hitting clear creek for a few days round the 20th hopefully the chums and pinks wil be in mabie an early silver as well .
I'm thinking I ll be ok with 8/9 wt for chums. 5/6 wt for pinks would love to try for some bows would the 5/6 wt be ok for the bows or shuld I take a wt 4
Any help with what fly patterns / tactics for clear creek would be a big help to us .will floating lines be ok
    Thanks graham.

floating lines are fine. Dolly llamas in olive/white and black/white are great on chums. 6 wt for bows. 5 is usually fine, too; problem is, you won't be able to avoid chums if they're in, and they're a workout on a 6, much less a five. Chums also like big streamers- purple, pink, cerise, yellow, green and black are all important colors to have for chums. Green butt skunks sometimes work really well.
