Default Anyone running the Yentna after the 4th?

Is there anyone running up the Yentna from Deshka Landing on the 6th or 7th of July? I've ridden it up once about a month ago and I'm looking to run up to our cabin in our "new to us" boat. We've got a 20 ft Alumaweld with twin 120 hp Evenrude jets that we are picking up next week. I"d like to follow someone if possible to reduce the chances of running up on a gravel bar.

    Thanks,

I've never run the Yentna , but want to talk to someone who has. I have a phantom sportjon and want to go to the skwentna. So my questions are. how far is it? is gas available at the airstrip area? and any advice?

Gas is availible at yentna station and skwentna roadhouse. Im not sure if luces is still open as dave and his wife left for the summer but doesnt hurt to check.
