Default Who to fish with in Homer?

Have my family at Homer for a few days and want to get my Son on some fish. We rolled a doughnut at the Russian River and I would like to see him get on a fish. What charter would you recommend from Homer??

    Thanks

    Steve

My family and I had a great time and got on plenty of fish with Captain Steve.

I have some pictures if someone can tell me how to upload them to my posts.

I was just down there on the 9th for a halibut trip and Steve from http://www.crystalseacharter.com/ was a great captain. Got us on the fish in no time while we heard other boats over the CB talking that they didn't have any. I would highly recommend Steve.

Not to sound too negative, but I'd try calling just about any charter operator you can find in Homer because just about anyone down here will be booked pretty solid at this time of the year. I know I am. Take a look at the fishing charters in the Forum Directory and start at the top and work your way to the bottom.

When you hit the "Reply With Quote" button you'll get an editing box to type your response in. Just above the box is a row of icons you can click on. To the right there is one icon (third from the right) that has a little icon of what appears to be a picture with an editing box around it. If you hover your cursor over it you'll see "Insert Image" pop up. Just click on that icon and it will give you a dialog box where you just have to find the picture on your computer and click on it. Give it a shot.

I've tried that icon before and just now. It prompts me for a URL with no option to navigate my computer to upload a photo. Is there some sort of vetting process to be able to upload? Like after X amount of posts that option becomes available?

I'm not sure about having to have so many posts to be able to use it or not. But when I bring it up there are actually two buttons toward the top of the dialog box you get---one that says "From Computer" and one that says "From URL". It might be defaulting to the "From URL" button for you and all you have to do is click on the "From Computer" button and then just navigate to where your picture is on your computer. Hope that does it for you.
