Maybe because the website isn't working. Couldn't get it to open to see what they are offering.

Some neat land but WAY overpriced... I'll keep watching CL's and DNR land

I take it that what you mean by "Way over priced" is that it is more than you can afford. It cost a lot of money to build a remote cabin, even if you do 100% of the work yourself.

Some of it might be interesting if I lived in the interior. That Brooks camp would be interesting for sure, though the price would be tough to swallow for a place I would only see maybe once a year. A Fairbanks area resident with a 180 sure would have a unique deal there though!!

You obviously have not priced some of those areas or if not recently.

The site is back up and all the links are currently working. Talk about spending a lifetime amassing property, I bet that guy could tell some stories about all of his experiences. Sure hope he passed them on before going to the other side.

5 acres on the Goodpasture is currently going for about $60,000. Some of those lots are prime locations and I would not be surprised if they go for $70,000.

The Goodpasture lots, both Clearwater, and Paxson are all going to go pretty high I bet. I am curious to see how much that Brooks Range one goes for and who was the lucky guy that got to walk in that old JD dozer years ago?
