Try any reliable mountaineering shop. I use 1/4" "Goldline". Heat seal cut ends to prohibit unraveling. Store unused line in a cood, dry place. The stuff lasts for years and years, is very strong, and heavy enough to both knot and until with relative ease.

A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and donít have one, youíll probably never need one again

Bought an MSR barn last week and picked up some Nite Ize cam jams and cord on Amazon. Their cord appears nearly identical to Keltys line except for it is green. The cam jam attaches to tent and locks line. No knots, just adjust tension by pulling line and the 'cam' locks in place. They sell the kit with two cam jams and two sections of 8' line. You can also get the cam jams separate and the rope in 50' spools. Looks like a slick way to secure a tent when the weather turns south.

I bought the 4 pack of Nite Ize cam and cord today at REI in Portland for $10. That's 4 of the cam locks and 4 pieces of eight foot reflective cord. Plan to use this on my SL5.

How big a geardo are you? I feed my ultralight fetish with supplies from bearpaw wilderness designs. They are the best I have found for supplying regular guys with all the cool high end fabrics and such.

I put these on my SL3 (lightwight glowing tensioners and dyneema line) . About as light (but super strong) as you can get.
